Monnie Soto, PresidentMr. Soto is the President and Co-Founder of Avio Consulting. With over 12 years of solution implementation experience, Mr. Soto brings a wealth of knowledge around Business Process Management (BPM). He spent the last six years with BEA Systems (formerly Fuego) overseeing the most complex implementations and demanding customers. At BEA Systems, Mr. Soto worked in a variety of industries including Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Mining, Manufacturing, and Healthcare among others. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of BPM best practices, governance, methodology, solution design, project management, and application of BPM for a company's strategic vision. Prior to joining BEA Systems, Mr. Soto implemented technology solutions at Arthur Andersen. He has experience working with various software packages including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. |

Gregory Hughlett, CTOMr. Hughlett is the CTO and Co-Founder of Avio Consulting. With over 30 years of technology experience, Mr. Hughlett provides immense knowledge in technology and consulting. Prior to Avio Consulting, he was a Senior BPM Technical Architect for BEA Systems (formerly Fuego) in the Professional Services organization. Mr. Hughlett primarily provided architectural guidance and solution design services around AquaLogic BPM (ALBPM) for customers in various industries including Banking, Insurance, High-Tech, and Telecom to name a few. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of BPM design, best practices, various development methodologies, solution design, infrastructure, tuning, integration, J2EE architecture, and data design. While employeed with EDS, Arthur D. Little, InterFirst Bank and Texas Instruments, Mr. Hughlett developed applications in Health Care, Banking, and State and Federal government sectors. |

Brandon Dean, Executive Vice PresidentMr. Dean is the Executive Vice President of the Management Consulting Services division of Avio Consulting. With more than a decade of experience in process design, strategy, and implementation, Mr. Dean has a rich history of experience with process-based solutions. During the past eight years, Mr. Dean has focused exclusively on the implementation and sales of OracleBPM (formerly known as FuegoBPM and AquaLogic BPM). Prior to joining Oracle in the BEA Systems acquisition, Mr. Dean was a Director in the Global ALBPM Sales Team. As part of the GAST organization, Mr. Dean had global responsibility for increasing ALBPM revenue and adoption by working closely with sales teams in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions to create and deliver strategic messaging aimed at C-level executives for ALBPM opportunities. Prior to the GAST team, Mr. Dean spent five years as a Practice Manager in the BEA Systems and Fuego professional services organizations. His implementation experience includes Fortune 100 clients primarily in Financial Services and Healthcare. Prior to joining Fuego in 2001, Mr. Dean focused on workflow and process based implementations at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Dean holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University where he graduated Cum Laude. |

Gary Buffington, Executive Vice PresidentMr. Buffington is the Executive Vice President of the Emerging Technologies Consulting Services division. His 15 years of enterprise-wide software experience, ranging from ERP to CRM to BPM, gives him significant insight into today´s enterprise challenges as well as a perspective into creative solutions. Mr. Buffington worked at Oracle, BEA Systems and Ernst & Young, as well as start-ups Fuego and Kana Communications. Mr. Buffington´s tenure of leadership roles at Fuego, BEA Systems, and Oracle oversaw the rapid growth of BPM consulting, the transition to agile development methodology, and the development of near-shore operations to support the US market. Mr. Buffington holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Management Information Services, both from Texas A&M. |
