Gregory Hughlett, CTO

Mr. Hughlett is the CTO and Co-Founder of Avio Consulting. With over 30 years of technology experience, Mr. Hughlett provides immense knowledge in technology and consulting. Prior to Avio Consulting, he was a Sr. BPM Technical Architect for BEA Systems (formerly Fuego) in the Professional Services organization. Mr. Hughlett primarily provided architectural guidance and solution design services around AquaLogic BPM (ALBPM) for customers in various industries including Banking, Insurance, High-Tech, and Telecom to name a few. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of BPM design, best practices, various development methodologies, solution design, infrastructure, tuning, integration, J2EE architecture, and data design.

EDS, Arthur D. Little, InterFirst Bank and Texas Instruments are companies where Mr. Hughlett developed applications in Health Care, Banking, and State and Federal government sectors.
