Executive Account Manager
Avio Consulting is seeking a Sr. Executive Account Manager to sell Business Process Management software and solutions to enterprise customers.
Avio Consulting's team assists in defining and architecting an organization's BPM strategy and developing solutions using market leading BPM tools and techniques. Our team provides expertise in process design, application integration, user interface development, business activity monitoring, and custom application development.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will build long term customer partnerships and relationships. This executive account manager must be capable of servicing and building business with existing customers and new business accounts in order to ensure growth and fulfillment of assigned quotas. In this role you will be expected to further develop relationships with multiple levels of management including executive level decision makers.
Qualifications/Necessary Skills Skills
- 5+ years experience in solutions-based selling and account management
- Excellent verbal written communication skills to effectively present Avio services and product offerings, provide required follow-up correspondence, and other forms of communication needed to support and service the customers/prospects
- Proficiency in windows based applications and contact management software (CRM - such as Siebel or Salesforce.com).
- Individuals with experience in consulting/sales/business development/account management within the BPM industry preferred. Direct sales or business development experience with software products will be considered.
- Must embrace technology.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills required.
- Have a proven track record of sales performance i.e. quota achievement, sales growth for designated territory and accounts.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%
- Strong academic record at a competitive university is also required
- Previous experience in management consulting is considered a significant advantage
- Product or implementation expertise in any of the following is highly regarded: Fuego, Tibco Staffware, IBM Websphere, Lombardi, Savvion, Metastorm, Global 360, FileNet is considered a significant advantage
Education
- BA/BS in Business or Information Systems or equivalent preferred
