Monnie Soto, President

Mr. Soto is the President and Co-Founder of Avio Consulting. With over 12 years of solution implementation experience, Mr. Soto brings a wealth of knowledge around Business Process Management (BPM). He spent the last six years with BEA Systems (formerly Fuego) overseeing the most complex implementations and demanding customers. At BEA Systems, Mr. Soto has worked in a variety of industries including Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Mining, Manufacturing, and Healthcare among others. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of BPM best practices, governance, methodology, solution design, project management and application of BPM for a company's strategic vision.

Prior to joining BEA Systems, Mr. Soto implemented technology solutions at Arthur Andersen. He has experience working with various software packages including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
