We've finally managed to make it all the way to the end of the Modular BPM COE series. This fourth and final installment in the series covers the metrics and monitoring component. In previous blog posts, I have discussed the other three components of the Modular BPM COE: Resourcing, Execution, and Governance.
Within the Metrics and Monitoring component, we find the three main focus areas of IT Metrics, Customer Metrics, and LOB Metrics.
